Fenom Fire Coaches

Fenom FIRE teams are lead by experienced local coaches who encourage, promote, and develop leadership and sportsmanship in all participants. Our coaches have extensive experience in working with kids of all ages and each participant is given the personal attention and time needed to improve their basketball skills and sportsmanship.

FENOM FIRE COACH BIOS

Marty Durkin Fenom's lead AAU Basketball Coach Marty Durkin, is also known in some circles as "The Shot Doctor". Coach Durkin has over 25 years of experience in working with kids, including close to 15 years of head coaching experience. He was an all state and all county high school basketball superstar and holds a degree in Physical Education.
Kevin Miller Coach Kevin Miller began coaching as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Adelphi University while finishing his degree in Business Administration. In the past, he was a Basketball Coach and Skills Trainer for the Young World Basketball Camp, and Head Coach for 5 years in the Upward Basketball League in GA. For the 2015-16 season, he was the Girls Basketball Coach at Equality Charter Middle School in Bronx, NY.
